Training
Training is held every Wednesday night at 6.30 p.m at Dunvant R.F.C. Everyone is expected to attend because if you put effort into training then our performances will continue to improve on the pitch!
Players who work away from Swansea and players who are at Uni away from Swansea are excused from training.
